Hi members kya koi Hume Bata sakta hai ki PE Kya hai? Aur stock price movement ka ise kya relation hai? Kaise pe se kisi stock by identify kare ki buy karna hai ya nhi

PE (Price-to-Earnings) ka matlab hai: log company ke ₹1 ke profit ke liye share ka kitna paisa dene ko taiyar hain.
Example: Company ₹10 kamati hai aur share price ₹200 hai, to PE = 20.
Simple rule:
- Low PE = share sasta ho sakta hai, lekin company weak bhi ho sakti hai.
- High PE = share mehnga ho sakta hai, lekin growth ki expectation zyada ho sakti hai.
Isliye sirf PE dekhkar Buy/No-Buy decide nahi karna chahiye. PE ko industry, competitors aur company ki profit growth ke saath compare karein.
Formula: PE = Share Price ÷ EPS
